王昕,女,1993年生,陕西扶风人,中共党员,博士,讲师。2016年西北农林科技大学食品质量与安全专业本科毕业,2018年西北农林科技大学食品工程专业硕士研究生毕业,2022年西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程专业博士研究生毕业。主要从事发酵食品及营养健康食品制造相关研究。

1.微生物发酵夏秋茶及其化学组分和风味研究;
2.茯砖茶中优势菌群分布及其在营养健康食品制造中的应用;
3.新型功能真菌的挖掘及对实验动物的保护作用和机制研究;
4.茶叶和中草药资源挖掘利用;
5.功能性食品开发及功能评价。
